1. Place an order
   After the order is placed, we will inform you by email and send it to you by mail. Address of original photo or negative

2. Sending photos <br>Please package the photos or negatives properly and send them by registered mail

3. Receipt Confirmation <br>We will notify you by email once the original photo or negative has been received

4. Scan and Repair <br>Repair using professional scanning equipment and software:

   • Reduces color casts, scratches and dust spots.
   • The damaged and missing parts cannot be repaired, please accept this.
   • Adjust sharpness, contrast and brightness to get close to the original and suitable for metallic printing
     
     

5. Receive the image file <br>After scanning, you will receive a small digital image file of 900 pixels, suitable for sharing on the Internet

6. Reply to confirm <br>After you confirm that the image is correct, the metal photo printing process will begin

7. Photo Return <br>The original photo or negative will be returned with the metal photo, Send to you together

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the repaired product, please cancel your order before printing begins.

Fees will be deducted from:

• Scanning and repair processing fee + registered mail return fee: fixed $600
• Manual scratch removal and other optional items: calculated based on the order

The remaining balance will be refunded in full to your original payment account.
