Our core mission at VIS Image is to provide high-quality, DIY aluminum frames and premium metal photo printing services. We believe that through clear online guidance and high-quality products, we can easily allow you to enjoy the joy of creating your own work, while addressing the pain points of the traditional framing market, such as opaque pricing and cumbersome processes.

However, we understand that some clients prefer to have their work delivered to us and have it completed by a dedicated person. To this end, we offer both on-site and mail-in service options.

Service Description and Important Notes

1. Our core service: modern framing

  • We specialize in providing a modern and simple "framing" service, the core of which is to safely and securely place your work in the frame set you have purchased.
  • Our service does not include traditional mounting to maintain price transparency and affordability.

2. Additional Purchase Service: Advanced Processing Options

  • If your artwork requires further processing such as gluing and fixing after "cardboard windowing", this will be a customized project with a separate quote.
  • Please proactively raise this during your prior consultation. We will assess the feasibility and provide a project quote based on the specific requirements of your work.

3. Applicable Work Types

  • All services described on this page are only applicable to "flat" works on paper, photo paper or thin canvas.
  • To ensure quality and safety, we do not accept the following types of commissions:
    • 3D objects (such as medals, figurines)
    • Heavy works (such as framed canvases, wood panel paintings, clothing, etc.)
    • Antique artworks of high value or fragile materials

Basic service requirements: Purchase a "complete picture frame set"

To ensure the best possible protection and presentation of your precious artwork after framing , all clients who wish to use our framing service must purchase our "Complete Framing Package." This demonstrates our commitment to quality and our respect for every piece of work.

The complete frame set includes:

  • Aluminum frame of your choice (e.g. Classic Series or Simple Series)
  • Purchase additional 2mm PET transparent plate (to protect the surface of the work, dustproof and UV resistant)
  • Purchase additional 2.3mm white neutral cardboard backing (provides stable support and ensures flatness)

Fee Structure Explanation and Calculation Example

Your final total cost will be composed of two parts: the frame kit price and the professional service fee.

Total cost = (price of the frame kit you choose) + (professional service fee based on the condition of the work)

A4 size calculation example

Scenario : You have an A4 piece of work that is the perfect size and just needs to be framed.

  • Picture frame set :
    • If you choose the "A4 Collector's Aluminum Frame Set": $1,755
    • If you choose the "A4 Simple Aluminum Frame Set": $1,235
  • Professional service fee : A4 simple framing service fee $250
  • Total cost calculation :
    • Collector's Plan: $1,755 + $250 = $2,005
    • Simple Plan: $1,235 + $250 = $1,485

A3 size calculation example

Scenario : You have an A3 piece of work that is the perfect size and just needs to be framed.

  • Picture frame set :
    • If you choose the "A3 Classic Aluminum Frame Set": $2,340
    • If you choose the "A3 Simple Aluminum Frame Set": $1,860
  • Professional service fee : A3 simple framing service fee $400
  • Total cost calculation :
    • Collection Plan: $2,340 + $400 = $2,740
    • Simple Plan: $1,860 + $400 = $2,260

If your artwork requires cutting, the "Professional Service Fee" below will be higher. Please refer to the table below.

【Price Statement】
The example calculations provided on this page are intended to help you understand the cost structure. The frame set prices listed are for reference only at the time of writing. The final selling price of all frames, PET sheets, and backing sheets is subject to the current prices displayed on the respective product pages. Your official and final quote will be issued upon contacting us and based on your final selection.


Professional Services Fee Schedule

After you purchase the "Complete Frame Set", we will charge the corresponding service fee based on the condition of your work and the service method.

1. On-site service

► Service A: Simple framing service (no need to modify the size of the work)

This service is suitable for situations where the dimensions of your artwork already fit perfectly into the frame you have chosen and no modifications are required.

This service is suitable for situations where the size of your original work is larger than the selected frame and requires our professional judgment, planning and cutting.

Important Risk Notice :
Cutting an original artwork is risky and irreversible. By choosing this service, you understand and agree to assume all associated risks.

[Special instructions for sizes A2 and above]

  • Considering the significantly increased complexity, difficulty, and risk associated with planning, cutting, and installation of large-scale artworks, artworks exceeding 59.4 cm (the long side of an A2 size) on any side that require "Original Design and Cutting Services" will not be subject to the above fixed fee schedule.
  • We will independently evaluate your project and provide a formal quote. Please provide as much detailed information as possible (such as material, thickness, dimensions, etc.) during your consultation to facilitate our assessment of feasibility and cost.

2. Mailing and framing service

To account for the high uncertainty of unknown sizes of mailed works, all mailed works will be charged using the same tiered pricing as described in [Service B: Original Design Planning and Cutting Service]. Works larger than A2 size will also be subject to a custom quote.

Mailing process and instructions:

  1. Prior contact : Please be sure to contact us via the official Line or phone to confirm the order content and total amount.
  2. Proper packaging : Please ensure that your work is properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation.
  3. Shipping liability : We are not responsible for any damage or loss during delivery to our company.
  4. Return of the work : The shipping cost for the finished product will be based on the official website shipping regulations.



【Framing Valet】Service Process Description

To ensure smooth and professional service, we have developed a clear service process so that you can understand each step at a glance.

1. On-site service process

Step 1: Book a consultation

  • Please schedule an appointment at least three working days in advance via our official Line or phone number. Please provide the quantity, size, and condition of your artworks when making your reservation.

Step 2: On-site confirmation and valuation

  • Bring your artwork to the venue at the appointed time. We will confirm the condition of the artwork and discuss framing details with you in person. We will then issue you a formal "estimate" based on the above-mentioned fee schedule.

Step 3: Order established

  • Please confirm the contents of the quotation, sign the quotation , and complete the full payment. The order is officially established after we confirm receipt of the payment.
  • After the order is placed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" in your email.

Step 4: Production and delivery

  • Once an order is placed, it will be put into production. Depending on the order quantity, it is estimated to be completed in 5-21 working days (working days do not include weekends, national holidays and natural disaster holidays).
  • When your work is shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" in your email address, which includes email tracking information.

2. Mailing Service Process

Step 1: Online consultation and valuation

  • Please contact us via our official Line or phone number with the details of your work. We will issue you a formal "estimate" based on our postal service pricing.

Step 2: Order established

  • Please confirm the contents of the quotation, sign the quotation and complete the full payment. The order is officially established after we confirm receipt of the payment.
  • After the order is placed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Form" in your email, and then you will be asked to mail your work to us.

Step 3: Mail your work and check its status

  • Please package your artwork carefully before shipping. We will inspect the artwork upon receipt and contact you immediately if any defects are apparent or if we determine it is unsuitable for framing .
  • Shipping liability : We are not responsible for any damage or loss during delivery to our company.

Step 4: Production and delivery

  • Once the work is confirmed to be correct, it will be put into production. Depending on the number of orders, it is estimated to be completed in 5-21 working days (working days do not include weekends, national holidays and natural disaster holidays).
  • When your work is shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" in your email address, which includes email tracking information.

Additional Notes

Payment Policy :
All framing services (including framing kits and professional service fees) will only be processed after the order is paid in full.

Risk Notice :
Choosing "Original Design and Cutting Service" means that you understand and agree to bear the potential risks in the cutting process by yourself. Our store cannot compensate for cutting accidents.
