Because we use relatively large aluminum plates for cutting, the remaining scraps are useless, so the material cost of the aluminum plates will be calculated based on the larger aluminum plates, and the cost will be relatively high. If you tell us the pixel size of your file and the size of the work you want to produce, we can recommend the most cost-effective cutting size based on your needs!

In addition, if the cut parts require special processing, we will also charge a cutting fee. At present, we can find the most suitable way to handle the cutting part, but there will be slight errors in local cutting. If you cannot accept a small error, it is recommended to print the original public version size.

• Cleaning cloth - We recommend using a clean, fine-textured, lint-free or microfiber cloth. Do not use paper towels to clean metal prints as this can cause small scratches on the surface.
• Cleaners - We recommend using only alcohol-based, non-abrasive cleaning fluids. Cleaners containing ammonia, abrasives, or corrosive chemicals should not be used.

Ordering Process

We have a simple and convenient online ordering process, as follows:

1. Simply select the appropriate size and upload the image to us online.
2. After the payment is successful, you will receive an order email.
3. Our team will confirm whether the file quality is OK. If there are any questions, we will proactively contact you by email and provide suggestions.
4. If there are no problems, start making the program.

Production days

The production date is calculated from the working day when we confirm the drawing is OK after the order is placed. The shipping date is as follows:

• 3 pieces or less: Usually shipped within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• 3-8 pieces: Usually shipped within 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• More than 8 pieces: It will take longer to work. You are welcome to contact us to inquire about the working days required.

We can only provide an estimated shipping date. The delivery date cannot be specified for orders. If you require a specific delivery date, it is recommended that you place an order in advance to avoid affecting your work printing plan.

In addition, the delivery time of the product will depend on the size of the product. For products under 30" x 40", it will take about 1-2 business days, and for products over 32" x 40", it will take 3-7 business days.

The price of metal posters depends on the size. Due to the high quality of the material and workmanship, the price is indeed higher than that of paper posters. However, the durability and visual effect are far superior to paper posters, making it the best choice for a one-time investment and long-term use.
