1. There is a certain amount of bleeding when we make images, so it is recommended that if you have important images or text, please place them in the middle of the image to avoid affecting the integrity of the work
2. The corners and edges of each finished metal print are rounded, which not only looks beautiful and stylish, but also has more safety considerations to avoid accidents due to sharp metal corners when you touch or replace the work

Before printing, we will personally check each image file to ensure the best production quality. If the clarity of your image or the details of the file are not enough, we will contact you by email and suggest:

• Or please provide a higher resolution file

• We recommend that you provide a file with a width x height of at least 150ppi or higher to ensure the quality of the metal print, as detailed below.

PPI (Pixel) Resolution Calculation Formula Explanation

The size of the printed work is in centimeters (cm)

• High side pixels: A cm / 2.54 x 150
• Broadside pixels: B cm / 2.54 x 150

• Example: To print works with a height of 50cm, the resolution must be at least 50 / 2.54 * 150 = 2952 ppi (pixels)
• Example 2: To print works with a width of 100cm, the resolution must be at least 100 / 2.54 * 150 = 5905 ppi (pixels)

The size of the printed work is in inches

• High side pixels: C inch x 150
• Wide Side Pixels: D inch x 150

• Example: To print works with a height of 25" (inch), the resolution must be at least 25 * 150 = 3750 ppi (pixels)
• Example 2: Print works with a width of 75" (inch) and a resolution of at least 75 * 150 = 11250 ppi (pixels)

• If the file you provide does not include a bleed size, we will enlarge the image proportionally and the part that exceeds the size of the aluminum plate will be cropped.
• Example A : Printing a 16x24" work. If you provide a 4800x7200px image file, we will enlarge the image file to 4860x7290px. The aluminum plate size is 16"x24", so patterns that exceed the aluminum plate size will not appear in the printing within the finished work.
• Example B : Printing 16x24" works. If you provide an image file smaller than 4800x7200px, we will first process the image file with professional AI software and Expand the file to 4800x7200px. If it is estimated that there is no problem in printing, we will further enlarge the image file to 4860x7290px. Patterns that exceed the size of the aluminum plate will not appear in the printed work.

• The above bleed size only includes printing and is applicable to works without outer frames. For works with outer frames, the visible range of the work needs to deduct the front width of the outer frame to get the final appearance of the work.
