Edge treatment of metal prints
  1. There is a certain amount of bleeding when we make images, so it is recommended that if you have important images or text, please place them in the middle of the image to avoid affecting the integrity of the work
  2. The corners and edges of each finished metal print are rounded, which not only looks beautiful and stylish, but also has more safety considerations to avoid accidents due to sharp metal corners when you touch or replace the work
The quality of metal impressions

Before printing, we will personally check each image file to ensure the best production quality. If the clarity of your image or the details of the file are not enough, we will contact you by email and suggest:

  • Make a smaller-sized video photo
  • Or please provide a higher resolution file

  • If the file you provide does not include a bleed size, we will enlarge the image proportionally and the part that exceeds the size of the aluminum plate will be cropped.
  • Example A : Printing a 16x24" work. If you provide a 4800x7200px image file, we will enlarge the image file to 4860x7290px. The aluminum plate size is 16"x24", so patterns that exceed the aluminum plate size will not appear in the printing within the finished work.
  • Example B : Printing 16x24" works. If you provide an image file smaller than 4800x7200px, we will first process the image file with professional AI software and Expand the file to 4800x7200px. If it is estimated that there is no problem in printing, we will further enlarge the image file to 4860x7290px. Patterns that exceed the size of the aluminum plate will not appear in the printed work.

  • The above bleed size only includes printing and is applicable to works without outer frames. For works with outer frames, the visible range of the work needs to deduct the front width of the outer frame to get the final appearance of the work.

        • Baseplate Description

        • The 3mm thick white plastic aluminum plate is used. The material can be preserved for a long time, and the glossy surface can set off the brightness of the metal photo.
        • The base will be approximately 10cm (4") longer and 10cm (4") wider than the artwork.
        • That is to say, each side of the metal photo will be about 5cm smaller than the base plate.

        Metal Photo Work Description

        • The four corners of the metal photo will be rounded, and the size of the rounded corners is 1/8"
        • The metal photo will be raised with a PVC hard plate, the height of the raised plate is about 0.4cm (4mm)
        • The size of the PVC hard plate is 4" (10cm) smaller than the metal print in both length and width, allowing the work to float on the white base.

        Collection Metal Frame Description

        • Side height 4cm, front width 0.6cm, inside height 1cm
        • The metal image on the white base, with the PVC hard plate, has an overall height of about 0.6cm
        • When viewed from the side, the metal print is about 0.4cm lower than the inner height of the classic metal frame, which is a comfortable arrangement.
