The vast majority of our items, are over sized for home delivery, so there was a time when we used very large shipments to ship metal prints, but because our items are so large and so light, we guessed it might be good to "lose" ", "throw" and "put", so there have been several times when customers received metal prints, the corners were dented and deformed.
It is really hard for us to imagine how much force is needed to press the metal aluminum plate until it deforms, so at the beginning we naively thought it was bad luck, just a coincidence...
But after paying tens of thousands of yuan in tuition fees, we learned from the painful experience. In addition to improving the packaging protection measures, we also decided not to be lazy and the post office would not come to pick up the mail (yes, we can’t meet the threshold for the post office to pick up the mail 🤣 ), then we will Go to the post office to send the goods yourself!

Because the post office does not deliver oversized or overweight goods, it is relatively safe, and the attitude of the post office counter service staff when they receive the package can also make us feel at ease.
