Collection Carton Overview
To avoid confusion about the collection of cartons, we explain as follows:
Carton Purpose
- Our cartons are all new
- Collect Carton It is handmade for storage purposes, not a commercially available gift wrapping box/carton
- Because it is a handmade carton , there will be some errors in the tightness. It is not an ornamental gift packaging box/carton
- Our carton production method is adapted to the times, and the carton you receive may be slightly different from the example in this article.
Carton size
- Our carton sizes are fixed. The carton size will be marked on the product page, so you can measure the storage space and decide whether to purchase it.
- For safe delivery, the size of the carton will be larger than the work (maybe much larger), and will not exactly fit the size of the work.
Carton Material
- We use kraft-colored corrugated cartons/boxes. The thickness of the cartons varies, but the principle is to ensure safe transportation.
General home delivery carton outer packaging instructions
I believe everyone has the experience of ordering goods online. When ordering goods online, unless they are shipped separately, the merchant will pack all the ordered goods in the same carton for delivery. The delivery carton will be sealed with sealing tape, and stickers such as delivery information will be affixed to the carton.
So do we!
We use brand new cartons for delivery, but because the outer boxes are affixed with sealing tape and stickers, the cartons only have the function of transportation. After customers receive the goods delivered to their homes, most of them recycle the cartons and do not reuse them.

We launched the "Upgrade to Collectible Box" purchase option mainly because many friends told us that their works need collectible boxes.
Let us roughly explain under what circumstances it is necessary to purchase additional collection cartons for packaging?
- Printed metal photos as a special gift: The openable cord lock set allows you to open the box and inspect the gift before giving it, and use the collection carton as the gift box, eliminating the need to worry about finding a separate box
- Printing metal photos as exhibition works: After the short-term exhibition, the works need to be put back into the carton. The rope buckle set design of the collection carton is convenient for taking, transporting and storing
- Printed metal photos as collectible works of art: each work has its own collection box, and the openable rope buckle set makes it easy to display the work with collectors

By purchasing this item, we will:
- Each work will be packed in a different carton
- If the work cannot fit into a paper box of 41 x 32 x 6 (cm), our collection box will be a kraft paper box with a rope lock set.
- Pack an additional layer of transparent plastic bag outside the carton
- Depending on the size of the items being shipped, multiple items in the same order may be shipped together or in separate orders.
After receiving the product, you only need to cut open the transparent plastic bag and the carton can be directly used as a collection box/box for the work.
Our products below 32x40" are sent by registered mail. For works larger than 32x40", we recommend that customers designate a moving and transportation company to be responsible for the transportation by special transportation (no free shipping). Usually the cartons will not be damaged during transportation, but the cartons may still have slight indentations during transportation, which is unavoidable. If you purchase additional collection carton packaging and upgrade it to a rope-locked kraft carton, please be sure to accept and understand !
