Recently, we received an impressive old photo restoration commission. The protagonist in the photo is wearing gorgeous traditional Chinese costumes, holding precious treasures, and looking handsome and elegant. However, due to the passage of time, this old photo has faded and damaged.
After scanning the old photos and conducting preliminary restoration, we found that the colors of the clothing could no longer be restored to their original appearance. The client asked if we could colorize old photos, however this is beyond our service scope. After understanding our position, the customer chose to find a professional coloring service with the scanned files, and said that he would come back to us for metal photo printing after completion.
A few weeks later, when we received the client's colorized photo files, we were amazed! The orange, bright yellow and other colors on the traditional costumes are bright and vivid, as if making the historical heritage reappear before our eyes and showing the unique charm of traditional culture.
Unfortunately, the client is unwilling to publish the original photo, so we can only use this photo as a substitute temporarily. But we really think that the exquisite traditional costumes in the original picture with many bright colors such as orange, bright yellow, etc. are very delicate and beautiful!
In order to fully present this commemorative restored old photo, the customer chose a three-dimensional mounting back and a classic metal frame to make the overall visual effect more textured and give the image a more profound preservation value. 🥰
