How to Prepare Image Files Perfectly Suited for ChromaLuxe®? (Upload Specifications)
- The system fully supports JPG and TIFF formats, with a single transfer limit of up to 1GB. To ensure the ultimate resolution of top-tier metal photos, please do not compress or resize before uploading, allowing every detail to be fully preserved.
- It is strongly recommended to embed the Adobe RGB (1998) color profile for wide gamut matching. Sublimation technology offers excellent color reproduction. If you provide sRGB or no profile, the system will automatically assign Adobe RGB for printing.
- Based on empirical data, 300ppi is the optimal output resolution. If the original image has solid details, enlarging and printing at 150ppi can still yield good results; if the file is below this standard, the system will automatically issue a quality alert to notify you.
- Bleed and margin ranges vary by size and are not fixed values. The system preview is the actual cropping area. Please refer to the specifications on each product page for detailed comparisons.

ChromaLuxe® metal prints are renowned for their vibrant colors and extreme weather resistance for up to 50 years. However, due to the physical characteristics of dye-sublimation transfer, printing "pure black and white images" is highly prone to reddish color casts, and dark tones are not as deep as traditional photographic paper. To do justice to your excellent work, we currently decline printing pure black and white photos.

- For those choosing ATM transfer, please complete payment within 2 days of order placement. After completing the transfer, please report the "transfer amount" and "last five digits of your account" through the system so that our finance department can verify your account.
