Initially, it was because my sister was so amazing and loved the medium of ChromaLuxe metal photos so much that I wanted friends who were willing to try new things and recognized the new media to find high-quality production companies in Taiwan, so I accidentally started this business. The road to entrepreneurship in middle age!
From a nine-to-five salaried person, to a small owner of an e-commerce platform, from an OL who plays computer, to a skilled worker with physical labor, from an image creator, to a specialized metal photo production house, although sisters are still sisters, But because I jumped from white-collar to blue-collar, from one side of the scale to the other, and the people, things, and things I faced every day were completely reversed, I realized that it was just the role I played that changed, and the world was so different. .
Price is always the first thing that our customers complain about us. When we first encountered customers with bad attitudes, we didn’t know how to deal with them. Fortunately, along the way, we have been able to smile and respond politely!
From being submissive and not daring to offend customers, to fearing not to leave the shop, we gradually developed a set of rules of neither being humble nor being arrogant, and politely refusing. We also realized that taking a moderate rest, getting ready and starting again will only lead to a longer journey on the road you like!
In the beginning, because the company was not making money, I was extremely envious every time I saw young entrepreneurs spreading their tentacles and being flexible. I also thought about whether we should add some mainstream products and learn to diversify our business, but because producing other types of media is contrary to our ideals and original intentions, after careful consideration, we gave up on all of them...
The sister finally decided to work hard to develop her only passionate product - ChromaLuxe metal photos.
Over the past few years, we have been quietly updating our hardware, software, various printing technologies, and framing options, hoping to become MIT #1!
What impressed me deeply was that once after receiving our work, a customer not only told us that he was very satisfied with the finished product, but also politely asked my sister if she could provide some opinions and feedback to us, "taking responsibility" and "responsible" At the same time, I encourage my sister to be a "responsible" person in doing things!
I am really grateful to the customers and friends who continue to print metal photos, and thank you all for your sincere opinions. After accumulating a certain amount of experience, we can improve the details and finish to a higher level!
However, there is one situation that makes my sister always worried...
More and more friends expressed that they wanted to see actual samples before ordering. Unfortunately, the times we can make appointments are only during the week. Although we have no plans to open a physical store, we agree that being able to experience and touch media materials in person will help you make the decision that best suits you!
