Therefore, as long as the size of the metal print purchased by the customer is within the delivery range of the post office, we can deliver it to your (Taiwan) designated location according to your needs. For works that exceed the delivery range of the post office, due to the boom in exhibition activities after the epidemic, professional art shipping companies no longer provide "joint truck delivery" services, and it is difficult to arrange the schedule for dedicated truck delivery. After many considerations, we decided to move large items The transportation of the works is entrusted to the time-honored "Kangfu Moving" company's dedicated vehicles to ensure safe transportation.
When placing an order on the official website, the system will automatically display the required shipping fee. You can select the type of delivery vehicle according to your needs and complete the checkout according to the normal procedures!
We welcome you to come to our company to pick up your own works!
Because entering the "Ministry of Economic Affairs China Innovation Park" where our company is located, there are entrance regulations, and we also have internal manpower considerations. The self-pickup service currently provided is described below.
Order content
- For orders that choose "self-pickup", the shipping fee in the order is zero. If you want to change the shipping method, the shipping fee will be charged separately.
- If there are additional special services or requirements, such as specially reinforced packaging, providing packaging videos, and other services, we will do our best to assist after the customer agrees to the additional service fee.
- We will email the PDF file of "Shipping Order | Item Receipt Form" two days before the pickup date for customers to sign on the day of pickup.
Arrangements before packing and collection
- After all orders are printed, they go through our internal quality control and are fully packaged before they are available for customers to pick up.
- The packaging process for all orders is the same. If you want to know more about our packaging details, please refer to the article - Striving for environmentally friendly plain packaging.
- The works you pick up will be placed at the "pickup location" the day before, so you can pick them up on the day you pick them up.
- We will make arrangements for the relevant personnel to enter the park in advance. You only need to go directly to the designated location to sign the document "Shipping Order | Item Receipt Form" on the day, and you can pick up the items smoothly.

When picking up, the customer wants to inspect the work on site (our company has personnel on site, please make an appointment at least two days in advance)
- No staff present on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
- Tuesday: 10:00-12:00am, 2:00-6:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00-12:00am, 2:00-6:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00-12:00am
- Friday : 10:00-12:00am
Pickup procedure
- On the day of pickup, please go to the "Mail and Receipt Room" as scheduled (the environment is shown below)
- If you need to check the status of the goods when picking up the items, please unpack and assemble them yourself (if our company personnel are present, we will provide relevant assistance)
- Sign the "Shipping Order | Item Receipt Form" and submit it back to our company personnel or colleagues in the park to complete the pickup process.
Terms of Service
- If you find any problems when picking up the work in the park, please contact us and do not take the work away
- For self-pickup works, because we do not provide shipping services, you agree that our shipping commitments are not applicable to this order.
- Please confirm that the work is in good condition before picking it up.
- Once the work leaves the park, the order is successfully completed and we do not provide exchange services.
