TEPC (Taiwan Photographic Exchange Association) is a great photography group with the common philosophy of sharing and caring for each other. The main members include foreign and Taiwanese photographers who call Taiwan their home. TEPC believes that photography is a part of social interaction and must Integrate with society. A total of 19 photographers/57 works participated in the charity photography exhibition "Our Island" in May. The proceeds from the photography charity exhibition will be donated to Father Liu Yifeng's charitable organization, Ander Enlightenment Center and An De Yi Feng Park.

This charity photo exhibition allowed us to get to know Father Liu Yifeng and his great deeds in Yuli, Hualien, East Taiwan for nearly 50 years. Father Liu Yifeng came to Yuli, Taiwan in 1966. Over the years, based on the Ande Enlightenment Center , he has made selfless dedication to help the handicapped, vulnerable, and mentally deficient groups find jobs and reintegrate into society.
Last year, Father Liu Yifeng started to build "Andre Yifeng Garden". This center is a home for the elderly who need help physically and psychologically without family members. Ander Yifeng Garden just opened in early April this year. . Father Liu Yifeng said: "I love Taiwan, Taiwan is my home, I will live in Taiwan for the rest of my life, until the moment of my death!"
