1. 客製化商品無鑑賞期:
本商品屬於「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」,依據消費者保護法規定,不適用七天鑑賞期(猶豫期)。除商品本身印製錯誤或運送過程損壞外,恕不接受因個人主觀喜好(如:色差、與想像不同等)之退換貨。

1. Custom-Made Products:
As our products are custom-made, the 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Law does not apply. We do not accept returns due to personal preference (e.g., color variance, change of mind).
2. Defect & Damage Claim:
For specification or printing errors, please contact us within 7 days. For "shipping damage", please provide the unboxing video and photos within 3 days of receipt. For detailed quality standards and claim procedures, please refer to our Service Policy.

「瑋思影像 Metal Print Studio」提供之服務為依您自行設計、上傳之影像進行個人化製作。每件產品均屬專屬訂製,依法不適用網路購物七天鑑賞期之規範。當您於網站完成下單操作後,我們將透過 E-mail 發送一份「訂單同意回簽單」,向您確認訂單細節與相關製作說明。為了確保最高品質的交付,我們必須在收到您的回信同意後,訂單才算真正成立並正式啟動專屬製程,此後即屬於客製化給付,恕無法任意取消訂單或更改內容。若於下單後三日內,您未完成此同意回覆,本公司將視同交易不成立,並將主動取消訂單且全額退款。若因您基本資料填寫錯誤導致後續通知或寄送之損失,需由您自行負擔。

服務中斷或停止服務
我們將盡力確保您的製作資料與個人資料於傳輸過程中被適當保護,但因個人使用之通訊網路、設備病毒侵害,或天災等不可抗力因素導致之資料遺失,本公司恕難負擔連帶責任。若發生突發性的設備故障或通信維修,「瑋思影像」保留隨時暫停或終止本服務之權利,重大事件將另行於網站公告通知。
Return and Exchange
Your purchase from Metal Print Studio is a custom-made product. Therefore, your purchase is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period under the "Consumer Protection Law". Once you have completed the order process on our website, we will send an "Order Consent Reply Form" via E-mail outlining your order details and production guidelines. To ensure the highest quality of delivery, your order is considered fully confirmed, and our exclusive production process will officially begin, ONLY after we receive your consent reply. Once this step is complete, the order enters the custom production phase and cannot be arbitrarily canceled or modified. If the consent reply is not completed within three (3) days of placing the order, the transaction will be deemed incomplete, and we will actively cancel the order and issue a full refund. You are solely responsible for any losses arising from incorrect contact or shipping information provided by you.
Each item is strictly inspected and photo-recorded before shipping. For our detailed quality standards (including material characteristics and physical tolerances) and mandatory procedures for reporting shipping damage (such as unboxing video requirements), please refer to our 【Service Policy】. Any claims for defects or damage will be processed accordingly.
Our Service
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information during data transmission. However, we will not be liable for any losses caused by network issues, viruses on your end, or force majeure events.
